Standard LDC anodes are available for efficiently preparing and plating a wide variety of parts: flat, convex for inside diameters, and concave for outside diameters. Anode materials available include high purity, high density graphite, stainless steel, and platinum clad titanium or niobium.
Most styles are available with or without flow holes. If the size or style required is not available from stock, LDC will manufacture anodes to customer specification.
The anode's shape and flexibility enable coverage of a wide variety of profiles and narrow areas. Platinum clad niobium will not contaminate the plated deposit or the plating solution as carbon anodes do. The platinum anode also provides improved conductivity over carbon, and it is virtually permanent.
Cotton sleeves--Soft absorbent cotton wraps, shaped to fit 3/4" x 3" long platinum clad anode and the 3/4" x 3" long stainless steel series 300 anode. Ten(10) to a package.
Stainless steel anode--3/4" x 3" long stainless steel series 300 anode for most preparatory procedures and some plating procedures.
