W.R. Associates has developed a hydraulic repair package for the repair of hydraulic rams, shafts and bearing journals from 1" - 16" in diameter. The tooling designed for pinpoint grinding and profile grinding and polishing gives this repair technology a clear advantage over other repair processes.

In combination with LDC selective plating technology -- which is recognized by Caterpillar Corporation as a source for hydraulic repair systems -- this system enables cost saving repairs as never before.

Performed in-place, this process eliminates costly downtime associated with disassembly of equipment required by other repair processes.

You can add this capability to an existing brush plating operation; it is compatible with most brush plating installations.

W.R. Associates, in association with LDC, offers the most up to date system for the touch-up repair of Cadmium Plating.

LDC's Low Hydrogen Embrittlement Cadmium, (Cad-S), is listed on BAC5854, Mil-Std-865C, and on the Bell Helicopter Materials Bulletin 1309H as an approved solution for Cadmium plating which does not require a postbake.

W.R. Associates' "Versa-Plater" enables cadmium touch-up without the normal contamination and breakdown of carbon anodes. These flat platinum clad plating tools provide maximum contact, flexibility, and versatility in the touch-up process.

LDC's super-lite rectifiers, the Porta-Pack Plus, allow the user complete mobility for complicated AOG work.
